When searching on the Cases page, there are a variety of filters you can use to narrow down your results.

Selecting More Filters gives the following advanced options for filtering:

1. Firstly, you can choose to filter by contact.

2. Next you can filter by status that the case is in. These statuses can be edited and managed from the settings page, more information on this is available here.

3. You can also filter by the type of case. These case types can be edited and managed from the settings page.

4. You can filter for cases based on the tags attached to them.

5. You can filter by a particular Circle of people.

6. You can filter by Group.

7. You have the option to filter by Case Review Date - either after or before certain dates.

8. If Cases are assigned to specific employees, you can filter this here.

9. Lastly, you can alter the order in which the clients appear. There are several options for this sort by field:

Once these filters have been applied, you will see you have further options at the top.

The options in (a) will allow you to change whether the cases are ascending or descending and whether they’re shown as a list or as a grid.

As Plannr remembers any filters you’ve used when you revisit the page, the undo/reset button (b) is a handy tool that allows you to undo those filters and restore to default settings.
