Managing client details

You can update client details at any time in Plannr.

Firstly navigate to the desired client page. From here you’ll see an Actions button in the top right. Selecting this brings up a dropdown menu with the option to Update Basic Details.



Choosing this will bring up the client’s details in a format like the one present when creating a client. You can then edit the details as you wish, save when ready and the client’s details will be updated.

If you're looking to add things like new email addresses, home addresses or client phone numbers, you'll see to go to Add New at the top and select the relevant option:

If you are looking to update things like email addresses, home addresses or client phone numbers, you'll need to go into the contact details tab on the clients record. You will find this under personal details.
