This guide will show you how to setup the Defaqto Engage Integration!
Setting up the Addon
Go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select the Defaqto Engage integration
Under the Setup Instructions, you can see what you need to do to get this addon active
If you don’t have an Engage licence, please call Defaqto on 01844 295546, or email [email protected] for more information and to arrange a demo.
If you are already using Engage and want to integrate with Plannr, please contact the Defaqto Customer Support team on 01844 295544, or email [email protected] – and they will arrange this for you.
Each user will need their own Defaqto Engage licence
Once you have the relevant licences with Defaqto Engage, please select Enable on the add-on
To get into Defaqto Engage from Plannr, you'll need to:
Go into the Contacts screen
Click Tools
Launch Defaqto Engage
You'll then be asked to authorise the connection between Plannr and Defaqto Engage
Once confirmed, it'll then take you to the Defaqto Engage site
You only need to set this up once, it should remember the connection going forward
You're now good to go for using the Defaqto Engage integration with Plannr!
