Pre-set up guidance
Before you enable the addon, you will need to sign up to the data integration hub called FINIO. This is the system we use to get the valuation data from Hubwise by SS&C
To set this up, go to this link
On the signup page, you'll need to complete the following:
Fill in your Firm Details
Select your Platform(s) of choice
Accept the T&Cs
Click Submit
For the TPSP Internal Reference Number, please use the reference number listed under 'setup instructions' on the Hubwise by SS&C addon tile.
You'll need to wait for confirmation from FINIO before you enable the addon in the following section of this article
Setting up the Addon
In order to enable the Hubwise by SS&C Valuation Integration, you'll need to complete the following steps:
Go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select Hubwise by SS&C Valuation Feed
On the next screen, click the Enable button
Please note, the FINIO datafeed can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to start feeding through to Plannr. For any queries on this, please contact FINIO.
