Seccl Integration

This integration is currently 'soft launched' and will not appear for all Plannr users. If you want this turned on, please contact your Seccl (or equivalent Platform) account manager in the first instance.

This guide will run through how to set-up the Seccl Integration, how to sync Clients, Plans and how the Document Sync runs.

Information on how to use the Illustration function can be found here.

Please note, the following information also applies for any Seccl powered Platforms (e.g. Soderberg & Partners, P1, etc).

Setting up the Addon

First up, you need to contact your account manager (e.g. Seccl, Soderberg & Partners, P1). They will then work with Plannr to get this enabled for you.

Once enabled, go to the Addon store in the Settings tab. From here, select the Seccl Seccl (or equivalent Platform) integration.

You'll then need to map your existing Advisers to their 'Node ID' with Seccl, this can be found in the mapping area of the Addon tile. Select all relevant Nodes.

You only need to do this for Advisers within the firm that you plan on running illustrations for.


Syncing Clients

Once enabled, an initial sync will be run for your Seccl (or equivalent Platform) Clients.

However, should you wish to run a manual sync at any point... From the Contacts tab, select Tools and then Sync from Seccl.​


All clients synced from Seccl will have a Seccl Client tag automatically applied.

This can be removed manually, but will re-appear the next time the sync runs. It's there as a default tag, to identify your Seccl clients.


This integration does not pull through the assigned adviser, so you will need to go through and need to update each client manually or, via the client update import. More information on imports is available here.

Please note - if you want to delete a Seccl client you have to do so from Plannr and Seccl.

Syncing Plans

Once enabled, an initial sync will be run for your Seccl (or equivalent Platform) Plans too.

However, should you wish to run a manual sync at any point... From the Plans tab, select Tools and then Sync from Seccl.​

Document Sync

Once enabled, an initial sync will be run for your Seccl (or equivalent Platform) Documents too.

All PDFs generated by Seccl (or equivalent Platform), which are displayed as Messages in the Seccl Client Portal, will be synced to Plannr.

They will appear under the Client Record > Work > Documents, under a Seccl (or equivalent Platform) folder.

With the relevant PDF's within that Folder.

After the initial manual sync for Clients, Plans and Documents, Plannr will sync with Seccl (or equivalent Platform) hourly to ensure your data is up to date. You can also run a manual sync as/when required.
