Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to resend the login or registration email:
Access the Client's Record - Navigate to the client’s information in Plannr.
Go to the Access Tab - On the left-hand side menu, scroll to the bottom and click on the Access tab.
Delete the Existing Login - Locate the client’s current portal login details. - Click the delete or bin icon next to their email login to remove the existing login. - Note: This step is necessary because an active login prevents resending the invitation.
Recreate the Login - After deleting the existing login, recreate the client’s portal access. - Upon recreation, the system will automatically send a new welcome email or login invitation to the client.
Email Template Customisation
The welcome email sent to clients can include a "Set Up Account" button or similar instructions. Plannr allows you to customise this email template to match your firm’s branding. To do this:
Go to Settings, then navigate to Firm Branding.
Update the email template to reflect your preferred tone, branding, and instructions.
Additional Notes
If the client has active portal access, deleting and recreating the login is the only way to resend the link. The system does not allow direct resending of login or registration details to existing users.
