Pre-set up guidance
Before you enable the addon, you will need to complete the following steps:
Ensure an FCA number has been added to your Plannr site.

Upload your Unipass Certificate to Plannr To ensure proper integration, the Unipass certificate must be uploaded as a .cer file format. Export or download the certificate in the required format from Unipass before uploading.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting Tips
Validation Errors: Confirm that your Unipass certificate is in the correct
.cerformat. Uploading a different file type is the most common cause of this error.Add-On Not Functioning: Double-check that the Unipass certificate is uploaded and the FCA number is entered before activating the add-on. If steps are done out of order, follow the troubleshooting instructions above. If a validation error occurs, it is likely due to the certificate being in an incorrect file format. Ensure that you use a
.cerfile for the upload.
Setting up the Addon
Once you have completed all the steps above, go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select Standard Life Valuations
On the configuration screen, you need to input your FCA number (that's stored against your Plannr site). Once that has been done, you can click Enable if prerequisites such as uploading the Unipass certificate or entering the FCA number are not met before enabling, disable the addon, complete the required steps, and re-enable the addon to avoid functionality issues.
Plannr will retrieve the first set of valuation data (via the Origo Integration Hub) the next working day, following enabling the addon.
