We’ve made it super easy to be able to provision your own API tokens for your Plannr account, by creating your own Personal Access Tokens.
🛡️ Security reminder: Personal access tokens act like passwords and bypass 2FA, so please handle them with care. Some familiarity with API integrations is strongly recommended before diving in.
Set-Up
To access this, go to Settings > Account Details or Account > Personal access tokens in the lefthand bar within Settings.
Click Create Access Token
Give your Personal Access Token a name and insert your Plannr password. The expiry date will auto-populate.
Then, click Save.
Your Personal Access Token will then appear on the screen.
Your Personal Access Token will only be shown once, make sure you take a copy of it and store it securely elsewhere.
You can then use your Personal Access Token in third party tools such as Power BI/Zapier, etc.
