  • Supports multiple Transact accounts at once

  • Will create both onshore and offshore statements

  • Will attempt to automatically reconcile existing expectations with its transactions

Setting up the Add-on

Go to Settings (from the side menu) > Addons

From here, search for Transact and select the Transact Remuneration & Account Opening add-on tile

You'll then get the following screen, with Info about the add-on plus Setup Instructions

On the Setup tab, you'll notice it has instructions on how to enable the addon. Please do not click Enable until you've authorised the connection.

Note - You must have Transact Super User Access to authorise the connection. You can check if you have Super User access by logging into Transact, clicking Housekeeping at the top then Online Access. This will detail which (if any) users have Super User access. If you need to register a Super User - please complete this form and send to Transact via their website (Tools > Upload Documents)

Click the Add External Connection button. This will then take you to the Connections Settings within Plannr, to authorise the connection to Transact

Click Connect to continue the authorisation process - you'll be taken to Transact to complete this.

Input your login details, then on the next screen, click Allow

You'll then be taken back to Plannr, with confirmation that the connection has been successful

If your firm has multiple connections you can choose to create a label by clicking on the pencil icon

After you have connected at least one account, you can then enable the addon by selecting the Enable button.

Please note - if your connection to Transact expires, Plannr will automatically email you 14 days and 7 days prior to expiry and once expired, please see below example:

When the connection expires, you are able to follow the link in the email or within Plannr, navigate to Settings > External Connections
