Within Plannr, you have the option to customise the visibility of plans depending on who you'd like to be able to see them on the client portal.
If you click into a plan, you have an option for Plan Visibility under the Details section of the plan menu. In here you are able to set the visibility permissions of that specific plan:
Visible on client portal: here you can select whether the plan is visible on the client portal at all
βVisible on Circles within the portal: here you can select whether the plan is visible via Circles on the client portal
βVisible to selected circles only: here you can select specific Circles the plan can be visible to. If left blank, this will default to show on all Circles the client/plan owner is a part of
βInclude in client valuation: here you can choose whether you want the plan to factor into a client's net worth. If you've selected that the plan shouldn't be visible on the portal, it's value will not show for the client on the portal. You may however want to keep this in their net worth for your records, and this allows you to control this.
Once you've set these up how you'd like them, remember to hit Save at the bottom for the changes to be applied.
These can also be updated via a Plans Import if required - please see the articles on plan imports and exports if needed.
You also have the option to configure these settings when creating a new plan within the system. The options appear in the modal for you to complete under the Plan Details tab.
