Best Practice: Adding a new phone number

To support consistent and effective use of Plannr, the following best practice article will outline what needs to be completed when a Client has a New Phone Number

We recommend you add a new phone number rather than deleting the previous one. This ensures a clean audit trail.

Adding a new phone number

  • Click Add New > Telephone

  • Complete the relevant fields

  • If this is a new primary telephone number, select the client in the Set primary box - you can add multiple Clients here if you need to update it for more than 1 person!

  • Once all information has been added, click Save

  • You'll then be presented with the new telephone number.
