Within Plannr, you are able to capture specific details about a client's vulnerability status.
You can do this either when creating a new client, or updating an existing client's details.
If you navigate to an existing client, and click on Actions > Update Basic Details, you can then go to the "personal details" tab to update their vulnerability status.
When selecting "Yes" - you are presented with a number of options to fully capture the details of the vulnerability for the client.
Vulnerability Details - this is a free text box to type in any specific details you may need to note down regarding vulnerability
Vulnerability Type - this is a dropdown menu with the 4 types of vulnerability in it. Please note: you can select as many as are required
Vulnerability Duration - choose whether this is temporary or permanent
Date of Last Vulnerability Assessment - add in a date to confirm when the last assessment was done for your records
Once completed, all of the fields within the Vulnerability section will be visible on the client's 'Core Details' dashboard widget:
You will also then see a banner displayed on the client records to confirm their vulnerability status, this will change in colour depending on whether they are vulnerable or possibly vulnerable:
You can also link directly to the vulnerability details via the status in the bar below their name.
If the client isn't vulnerable then no banner will appear - this is just to highlight those who are.
When searching for clients, their vulnerability status is also present on the contact cards:
If you already have Tags in the system for Vulnerable clients, these will show as duplicated on the Contact tiles - you can remove the Tags you have in the system to make this neater if you wish to.
All of these details will be able to be pulled via the Client Export if you need to report on them in bulk, and you can also update them in bulk via our Client Importer.
