With the release of fact find version 3, you will notice a few wording changes ;
Factfind = fact find (all lowercase)
Factfind request = fact find session
Factfind schema = fact find template
We will be migrating your 'old' fact find schemas over to our 'new' fact find template version automatically for you.
If you have any open fact find sessions (e.g. clients are midway through filling out a factfind using one of your old schemas) we have locked the template on migrating it across so that you can't edit (and break) a fact find in use. You can, instead, clone your locked template and edit a new copy, taking advantage of all our new fact find functionality, before publishing ready for use with all future client fact finds.
Any of the new default fields will be hidden by default, but you will be able to update the templates accordingly within your settings area.
