Client Impersonation
Within Plannr, you can Impersonate your Client to see how the Portal looks for them. This article will explain how to activate the Impersonation request.
Please note, your Client must already have Client Portal access enabled, for the Impersonation request to work. For more information on how to activate a Client on the Portal, please click here
Go into the relevant Client Record, then complete the following steps:
Click Actions
Select Impersonate
Select how long you would like your Impersonation access to last
You have 5 options, Two hours, One day, Two days, Five days or Two weeks
Click proceed
Once you've clicked Proceed, you'll then be re-directed to the Client Portal you've requested the Impersonation request on.
Once you've completed the work you want to carry out on the Client Portal, you can switch back to your main Plannr account:
Click the logo/account switcher in the top left hand corner
Select the account you want to switch back to

If you want to remove the Impersonation request at any point (e.g. before it expires automatically), this can be done within the Access area of a Client Record
Click into Access
Find the Impersonation request you want to remove and click delete
Confirm that you want to remove the login (e.g. Impersonation request)
You'll then get a pop-up notification stating login deleted and the Impersonation request will be removed.
