Creating A Circle
In Plannr, you can further organise your client base using Circles. A Circle is made up of multiple Individual client records, and allows you to treat the clients within the Circle as a unit.
From under the Contacts tab on the left hand side menu, select Circles.
Here you can see all existing circles, along with filters at top to narrow down your view, if needed.
Select Add New

The following modal appears asking for further information about the Circle.
Input a name for the Circle
Select the clients that you want to sit within the Circle. You can either search the entire client bank, or choose to include all clients of an existing Circle. || There is no limit to the amount of individuals within a circle, but we would recommend no more than 25. If you are wanting to add more than 25 participants, first consider if Groups would be a more appropriate choice.
Decide which Group the Circle will sit under. The individual client records must already be in this Group. More information on Groups is available here.
