Making a Plan Inactive

When a Plan is closing, you have the option of marking it as inactive.

From the relevant plan:

Select Plan Details from under the Details tab
Go to the field 'Select a Plan Status' and choose Inactive from the dropdown


Select an inactive reason from the dropdown
Input the inactive date


Scroll down and hit save



Once saved, you'll see the status icon by the plan title update to a grey inactive icon:
