Case Statuses
In Plannr you have the ability to create Case Statuses which appear next to the case name.
These statuses can help you organise clients and can be updated at any time.
Go to the Settings tab from the left hand side menu and select Case Options
From here, select Case Statuses
Here you'll see all your existing Case Statuses
Select the Create New button in the top right.
The following modal will then appear. Give your new Case Status a name, and choose which colour will be associated with it. Once you're happy with it, hit Save.
To Edit a Case Status hover over the three dots on the relevant status. When hovering, a pen icon representing Edit status appears.
Clicking on this opens up the following modal. Here you can edit the name of the status and the associated colour.
You can rearrange Case Statuses by dragging and dropping them in your desired order.
To Delete a Case Status hover over the three dots on the relevant status. When hovering, a red bin icon representing Delete status appears.
All cases are required to have a Case Status, but this can be changed at any time. If you go into a case you'll see the status at the top next to the case name.
Clicking on this will bring up the following modal allowing you to update your case. Select the relevant Case Status and press Save

Navigating to Case Statuses

Adding a New Case Status
Select the Create New button in the top right.
