Charges Export

In Plannr, you have the ability to export Charges, thee are the Charge Schedules and not the expectations. More information on exports is available here.

Generating a Charges Export

Go to Reporting under the Business tab on the left hand side menu.

Here you can see all your previous exports.

Select Generate New.

Select Charges Export.

Enter a name for your report.

Following this, there are a series of filters that can be used to narrow down your export.

You can choose to filter based on a group. Once the group is selected, you can then decide if you want to get data from all clients in that group or only specific clients.

You can filter based on a specific provider

You can filter a type of plan and also a sub-type of plan

You can filter by a charge amount range here.

You can filter a charge percentage range here.
Please note that the Frequency should not be used unless it has been used to import charges using Plannr's import as this field will be blank for any existing charges.
This is being enhanced for manual input early in 2024.

You can filter by start and end date range for the charge.

You can filter by a Next expectation date range here.

You can filter by the revenue type here.

You can filter by the charge frequency here.

You can filter by the adviser here.

Choose how you want the data in the report to be sorted, either Start date or End date or Next expectation date, and whether it should be in ascending or descending order.

Decide if you want this to be saved as a template. This is useful as it means your filters will be saved for future exports.

Generate report when ready!

This will take you to the following page, where you will be able to download your report as a CSV by clicking on the file. Alternatively, you can delete this report from the actions button at the top.

Locating the Report

Once the report is generated, you'll be able to locate it in the Reporting area. Here, you will see all reports, including the one we just made. Click on the one you wish to download and follow the instructions above.
