Including Form Builder on your WordPress site

In this article we’ll go through a few of the ways you can include your formbuilder form on your wordpress site. This article already assumes you’ve created a form within Plannr and are ready to include it using the HTML, Script and Style tags.




Default Editor (Gutenburgh)



Select/find the page where you’d like to add the form and add a new section. I have found the Custom HTML element to be best for the formbuilder code.






This should be all you need to get your form into your Wordpress site, keep reading below for variations on the adding process for a selection of the different ways Wordpress can include code.

Classic Editor (Plugin)



The classic editor requires you to enter the code blocks on the text style tab. Just add it between the paragraph content blocks as we did before.




Visual Composer, Elementor and similar page builder addons



These will have a similar arrangement to the default editor. Create a new block and look for a Custom HTML element. Visual Composer calls it Raw HTML, but it’s identical in function to the Custom HTML in the first example.




Once this is added, copy each of the formbuilder elements from Plannr into this block.

Click to Save or Update the page and you should have the following:
