Notes Export

In Plannr, you have the ability to export Notes. More information on exports is available here.

Generating a Notes Export



Go to Reporting under the Business tab on the left hand side menu.

Here you can see all your previous exports.

Select Generate New.



Select Notes Export.

Enter a name for your report.

Following this, there are a series of filters that can be used to narrow down your export.

Here you can choose to filter based on a group. Once the group is selected, you can then decide if you want to get data from all clients in that group or only specific clients.

Here you can filter based on location of the note (where the note 'belongs') and type of note

The location can be:
Account
Case
Risk
Plan

The type can be:
Note
Call
Meeting
Email

You have the option to filter by note contents here. Simply type in the text box the word/words you wish to filter for.

Here you can filter by date range if you wish.

Choose how you want the data in the report to be sorted, either created at or updated at, and whether it should be in ascending or descending order.

Decide if you want this to be saved as a template. This is useful as it means your filters will be saved for future exports.

Generate report when ready!



Locating the Report



Once the report is generated, you'll be taken back to Reporting. Here, you will see all reports, including the one we just made. Click on the one you wish to download.



This will take you to the following page, where you will be able to download your report as a CSV by clicking on the file. Alternatively, you can delete this report from the actions button at the top.
