Premium History Export

In Plannr, you have the ability to export Premiums. More information on exports is available here.

Generating a Premiums Export



Go to Reporting under the Business tab on the left hand side menu.

Here you can see all your previous exports.

Select Generate New.



Select Premium Export.

Enter a name for your report.

Following this, there are a series of filters that can be used to narrow down your export.

Here you can choose to filter based on a group. Once the group is selected, you can then decide if you want to get data from all clients in that group or only specific clients.

Here you can filter based on a specific provider

Here you can choose a type of plan and also a sub-type of plan

You have the option to filter by a premium amount range here.

Here you can filter by date range for the premium.

Here you can filter by a date range for the advice given.

Here you can filter by the transfer type. This can be Switch or Transfer

Choose the payment method. This can be:
salary sacrifice
salary deduction
direct debit
standing order
cheque
bank transfer

Select the source of premium here. This is used for pensions and can be employer or employee.

You can filter for a specific employee here.

Choose how you want the data in the report to be sorted, either created at or updated at, and whether it should be in ascending or descending order.

Decide if you want this to be saved as a template. This is useful as it means your filters will be saved for future exports.

Generate report when ready!



Locating the Report



Once the report is generated, you'll be taken back to Reporting. Here, you will see all reports, including the one we just made. Click on the one you wish to download.



This will take you to the following page, where you will be able to download your report as a CSV. Alternatively, you can delete this report from the actions button at the top.
