Quilter Integration

We now have an integration with Quilter Investment Platform! This guide will show you how to set it up.

Setting up the Addon



Go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select the Quilter integration.



From here, under the Set-Up Instructions you can see what you need to do, to get this add-on active. For Quilter, you will need to complete:
the back office software registration request form
then send it to [email protected]



Once you have completed the form and sent it to Quilter, you can Enable the addon.

When Quilter have input the data their end and activated the data feed, your data will start feeding through to the system. They will email you to confirm your agency code so you know it's been set up - you don't need to do anything with this code when you receive it as we use your FCA number in our system for the feed.


Policy Info



The policy number format within Plannr should be AC#######-###, or if you have any legacy products with Quilter then the 9 digit policy number will also work.

You will also need to make sure the policy provider is listed as Quilter Investment Platform for the feed to work. Other variations of the Quilter providers will not work.


You must remember to verify your FCA number in the Firm Settings to continue with this add on.
