Seccl Integration

This new integration is currently 'soft launched' and will not appear for all Plannr users. If you want this turned on, please contact our Support Team.

We now have an integration with Seccl! This guide will show you how to set it up.

Setting up the Addon



Go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select the Seccl integration.



From here, go to the Configuration tab. Input your unique identifier of your firm from Seccl, the unique identifier of your Seccl user or the email address of your Seccl user and your secret Seccl password. Once inputted, press Save Settings and then Enable.



Syncing Contacts



From the Contacts tab, select Tools and then Sync from Seccl.



All clients synced from Seccl will have a Seccl Client tag automatically applied.

Refresh the page and filter for the Seccl Client tag to see your synced clients.



This integration does not pull through the assigned adviser, so you will need to go through and need to update each client manually or, via the client update import. More information on imports is available here.

Please note: If you want to delete a Seccl client you have to do so from Plannr and Seccl.

Syncing Plans



Once your contacts are synced, you can sync their plans.

Go to plans and, from here, press Tools and Sync from Seccl.



This integration does not pull through the assigned adviser, so you will need to go through and need to update each plan manually or, via the plan update import. More information on imports is available here.

After the initial manual sync, Plannr will sync with Seccl daily to ensure your data is up to date.
