Sending a Factfind Request
Once you've created a Factfind, it's time to sent it to a client to fill out! More information on creating a Factfind is available here.
Go to the relevant client and select Add New
From the dropdown list that appears, select Factfind Request

This brings up the following modal:
Select the Client or Circle. The field will be autofilled with the client who’s profile the factfind was created from, but this can be changed if required.
Select the Factfind Schema desired.
Choose whether to send an email to the client to complete the factfind OR you can choose to generate unique URLs to send directly to clients through your own correspondence.

Once all fields are completed, Send Request!

There is also the option to send a generic URL to prospect clients that can be used to fill in the factfind without a Plannr login or even an existing client record.
These can be found within the Factfind Schemas on the system - which can either be found in Settings for Owner/Admin level employees or can be found in Business > Useful Links for Member level employees.


If you then navigate to a specific Factfind Schema you will find a URL at the top of the page, if this is then sent to clients they can complete that specific Factfind Schema without even being a client of yours yet. These URLs can be especially helpful to onboard prospects before you begin the advice journey with them.

Please note: using the Factfind Schema URL will result in a brand new prospect client being created on the system - you only want to use these URLs when needed, otherwise you can use the unique URLs at client level for existing clients on the system!
On a Client Record
