Switching Accounts

In Plannr you have the ability to access multiple account using just one login.

From the Adviser Side



If you've been invited to more than one account you'll spot three dots in a vertical line next to the branding of the account you've logged into. Something like this:



If you click anywhere in that panel where the branding is shown you'll be presented with our account switcher:



The item highlighted is the account you're currently viewing, but you'll see a list of the other accounts you can access. To switch to another account simply click the one you would like to log in as and the page will reload to show you that account.

If you're viewing a page that doesn't exist on the account you're switching into, you will be told you do not have permission to view that page and you can simply click on the dashboard to return home.

From the Client Portal



Click on your initials in the top right to bring up the account options.


From here, click your login at the bottom of the dropdown.


This brings up all your available accounts. Simply scroll until you see the one you want to use, and click to login.
