Plan Export

In Plannr, you have the ability to export Plans. More information on exports is available here.

Generating a Plan Export



Go to Reporting under the Business tab on the left hand side menu.

Here you can see all your previous exports.

Select Generate New.



Select Plan Export.

Enter a name for your report.

Following this, there are a series of filters that can be used to narrow down your export.

Here you can choose to filter based on a group. Once the group is selected, you can decide if you want to get data from all clients in that group or only specific clients by selecting the appropriate mode.

Here you can filter based on the plan details, such as the provider, the plan status or the active adviser.

You can filter based on the date that the plan was created, opened or made inactive here if you wish.

Decide if you want to include custom fields in the export. More information on custom fields is available here.

Decide if you want to include external references in the export.

Select if you want this to be saved as a template. This is useful as it means your filters will be saved for future exports.

Generate report when ready!



Locating the Report



Once the report is generated, you'll be taken back to Reporting. Here, you will see all reports, including the one we just made. Click on the one you wish to download.



This will take you to the following page, where you will be able to download your report as a CSV by clicking on the file. Alternatively, you can delete this report from the actions button at the top.
