Adding a GIA to a Joint Client

To add a new plan in Plannr, go to the plans page under Contacts. Here you can see all existing plans. Select the add new button in the top right. This brings up the following modal with three sections. In the first section, select the client this plan should belong to and the type of plan. How to change contract enquiry adviser There are a few steps needed on Plannr to change the adviser for contract enquiry requests on a plan. Start by clicking on to the sidebar where you can select 'plans'. After selecting the desired plan you will then need to select 'plan details'. Once your plan is created, it's easy to go in and edit it! Locating your Plan From the plans tab under contacts on the left hand side menu, select the plan you wish to edit Clicking on a plan will take you to the plan dashboard. In Plannr, you can create portfolios of holdings for your clients. Making a Portfolio To add a Portfolio, go to the relevant plan and, from the menu on the left, select Sub Accounts. From here, you can see all your sub accounts in this particular plan. Click on the one that you wish to add a portfolio to. Plannr can also hold transaction level data on your plans including creating or logging scheduled contributions and withdrawals. Let's go explore that section now. First off, navigate to a plan that allows transactions such as an ISA or GIA. When you view a plan with the transaction functionality you'll spot a transactions tab on the screen. The specific options available will vary from plan to plan depending on the subtype, but in this example we are looking at an Accident and Sickness Insurance policy. Accessing Premium History Premium History can be found under the Details tab on a plan. Here, you can see all your Premium History for that particular plan. Adding Child Plans to a Wrap Product
More information on adding a Wrap Product is available here. Adding a New Plan When adding a Plan, you’ll be asked if this is a wrap product or if it’s a plan held within a wrap product. Selecting ‘yes’ when asked if the plan is held within a wrap brings up the option to select the relevant wrap product. Information on linking plans to Wrap Products can be found here. Adding a New Wrap Product To add a wrap product, first go through the usual steps to add a plan. As this is a wrap product, ensure that the plan is either an investment or pension plan, and that the subtype is a wrap or wrapper. Using the export and import tools, you can update your plans in bulk to reflect whether or not they’re a wrap product, or if they are a child of a wrap product.
