Fundment Integration

We now have an integration with Fundment! This guide will show you how to set it up.

Setting up the Addon



Before setting up, you must verify your FCA number. More information on this is available here.

Go to the Addon store from the Settings tab. From here, select the Fundment integration.



From here, under the Set-Up Instructions you can see what you need to do to get this addon active. First, you must verify your FCA number. More information on this is available here. Once that is verified, you can click the button in the Set-Up Instructions and log into Fundment. Once you have logged in, return to Plannr and enable the addon.



Syncing Contacts



From the Contacts tab, select Tools and then Sync from Fundment.



All clients synced from Fundment will have a Fundment Client tag automatically applied.

Refresh the page and filter for the Fundment Client tag to see your synced clients.



This integration does not pull through the assigned adviser, so you will need to go through and need to update each client manually or, via the client update import. More information on imports is available here.

Please note: If you want to delete a Fundment client you have to do so from Plannr and Fundment.

Syncing Plans



Once your contacts are synced, you can sync their plans.

Go to Plans and, from here, press Tools and Sync from Fundment.



This integration does not pull through the assigned adviser, so you will need to go through and need to update each plan manually or, via the plan update import. More information on imports is available here.

After the initial manual sync, Plannr will sync with Fundment daily to ensure your data is up to date.
