While you can make new folders on a specific case by case basis, you can also set up the ability to have default folder set ups for different types of clients/cases. Factfind Schemas
Creating a Factfind
Factfind is a feature that allows you to send a client a form for them to fill in. The information they input will be automatically added to the appropriate section on the client’s account. Select Factfind Schemas under the Settings section from the menu on the left. Select Add New to create a new schema. After sending a Factfind to a client, you may find the need to edit it after the client has submitted. Go to the Contacts tab from the left hand side menu. Select the client with the factfind you need to change. Click on the Work tab to bring up the following options. Select Factfind Requests. Groups
Adding a Group
Groups can be used to categorise individuals in Plannr. To add a group, go to the Settings tab and select Groups. Here you can see all your existing groups. To add a new one, select Add new group from the top right. (httpsSome readersAdding People to a Group
